Soft pink carnations drifting across a warm baroque pearl, like flowers laid gently in morning light.

Carnation Morning Light
A baroque pearl brushed with small strokes of carnation pink — tender, a little shy, and full of quiet gratitude.
This piece belongs to the Blossom Pearl Stories series, where each
flower is painted as a feeling rather than a perfect botanical study.
The carnations follow the curve of the pearl in loose stems and petals,
as if someone had pressed a small bouquet against the nacre and left
the colour behind.
The surface of the pearl carries a gentle white–rose sheen, catching
light like skin just after tears have dried. The gold-tone bail adds a
small circle of warmth, framing the bloom without shouting over it. It
is meant for someone who understands that love can be both strong and
very soft at the same time.
This piece is not listed in the shop by default, but it is open to thoughtful enquiries; collectors may contact the studio to ask about availability or to commission a related piece.

The Collector's Story
Carnations are often given when words are not quite enough: a thank you too big for a sentence, an apology too late, a quiet wish that someone will be well. This pearl was painted with that kind of feeling in mind.
The first petals went on almost transparently, just a wash of pink over the curved surface. Only after several layers did the flowers begin to feel real — not perfect, but alive, leaning into the natural bumps and light of the baroque form. The stems are thin, almost fragile, yet they hold the whole bouquet together.
I think of this pendant as a small, steady promise: something you can wear on days when you need to remember the people who have stood beside you, or give to someone whose kindness you are still learning how to repay. It is a piece that asks to be kept close, rather than displayed loudly — a little carnation that never quite wilts.
